Muhammad Numan Khan serves as Managing Director, responsible for strategic planning, high-level business development, government contract negotiations, and overseeing overall company operations with 10+ years of industry expertise.

Muhammad Mudasir oversees all operational activities including procurement, project execution, vendor management, and logistics coordination. His MS in Management Science ensures world-class operational standards across all projects.

Muhammad Waleed manages technical aspects of procurement and vendor coordination, ensuring product specifications and deliveries meet quality standards with a strong business management background.

Uzair manages end-to-end supply chain operations, logistics tracking, and database inventory systems utilizing his background in computer science to streamline supply workflows.

Muhammad Ibrar Ali handles all procurement logistics, price analysis, data compilation, and vendor coordination utilizing statistical methodologies to ensure pricing efficiency.

Muhammad Ibrar leads the IT and digital design division, managing graphic design, company branding, digital marketing, website management, and all IT infrastructure for Majid Traders.

Muhammad Ahmad manages day-to-day administrative documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and IT support assistance for the operations team.

Syed Awais manages financial statements, taxation operations, audit procedures, FBR filings, and invoice compilation processes across procurement projects.

M. Waqar Ali handles assistant accounting duties while overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and logistics coordination for all procurement and delivery activities.
